Midagon conducted its latest annual employee engagement survey in November and December 2022. The survey focused on understanding Midagonians’ wellbeing, learning and competence development, satisfaction with how assignments match personal interests, aspirations and experience of Midagon’s culture and leadership.
The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) was conducted for the first time, one of Midagon’s 2022 ESG targets that assesses employee experiences by measuring their willingness to recommend their company to others. eNPS scores can range from -100 to +100. Midagon’s eNPS score of 88 is exceptionally high, reflecting our emphasis on and consistent work towards making our employee promise come true for all Midagonians.
Midagon aims to stand out in the consulting industry through the strong culture and humane values that guide us in our daily work. This was also reflected in the survey results. The characteristics that team members value the most and want to maintain concerning Midagon include freedom and independence, a warm family atmosphere, strong professional experience, a good work-life balance, support from colleagues and low levels of hierarchy and bureaucracy.
Over the course of this year, we will focus in particular on finding the best possible balance between the needs of Midagon’s consultants and its clients, keeping bureaucracy at a minimum and preserving Midagon’s unique culture despite our rapid growth and change.
