Midagon’s strategy is to continue its growth in the Nordics and become a Nordic leader in transformation. As an important step in implementing the strategy, FiDo Consulting, a Swedish business consultancy focusing on the financial sector, is joining Midagon.
FiDo is an independent business consulting expert focusing on the financial services sector serving several of Sweden’s leading banks and insurance companies. Founded in 2017, FiDo employs 17 people in Stockholm.

As Midagon and FiDo join forces, we will combine and expand our service offering, skill base and geographical coverage to serve our Nordic clients with broader shoulders.
Mia Söderlund, founding partner responsible for FiDo’s business development will join Midagon Sweden’s management team. Founding partners Katrin Welin and Per-Göran Eriksson will retire after a transition period.

The merger between Midagon and FiDo Consulting commenced on April 2, 2024. FiDo Consulting's operations will continue as usual and will gradually integrate into Midagon to create opportunities for synergies.
