Midagon's Board of Directors changed after Intera Partners joined Midagon as a growth partner in mid-2021. The Board consists of Jarkko Sairanen (Chairman), Kai Seikku (Board Member), Christoffer Zilliacus (board member), Samuli Männistö (board member), and the most recent addition, Susanna Marcus, the former Chair of Kontract AB, who joined the Board in connection with Midagon and Kontract joining forces at the end of 2022.

Jarkko Sairanen is Vaisala’s Executive Vice President, Weather and Environment Business and Valmet Automotive’s Chairman of the Board. He has previously led the consulting business area at Pöyry (now AFRY), strategic development at Nokia and built the Finnish operations as a partner at BCG. Jarkko brings knowledge and vision, especially for business and service development and our client’s business environments.

Kai Seikku is the CEO of Okmetic, a leading manufacturer of advanced silicon wafers and Senior Advisor for Intera Partners, a leading Finnish private equity investor. Before this, he held several other CEO roles, two of which were in stock-listed companies. He has also worked as a management consultant. Kai brings extensive experience leading and acting as a board member for industrial and service companies.
Susanna has extensive experience in Board and management work at growth companies in the service sector. She has been Chairman of the Board for Kontract since 2015. Before that, among other positions, Susanna was a board member of Proffice AB and IAMIP AB. She had previous experience in driving profitability and growth as CEO in organisations such as JB Education, Poolia and Fujitsu Services.
Christoffer has spent over 15 years developing Nordic growth companies in multiple industries, first with IK Investment Partners (previously Industri Kapital) and since 2017 with Intera Partners. Before this, he worked as a management consultant at Booz & Co.
Samuli joined Intera’s team in 2019 after spending three years as a managing consultant with BCG and gathering versatile experience in Finland and abroad. He focused primarily on large change programs and strategy work and is interested in building growth with entrepreneurs.
